We are seeking a Salesforce Data Model SME to analyze, refine, and enhance our existing Salesforce data infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams to align data structures with business needs.

Responsibilities

- Analyze and refine the existing Salesforce Data Model to align with business requirements
- Collaborate with 3-5 teammates to design and implement enhancements to the data structure
- Evaluate Sales and Revenue models and Marketing Tables to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Interpret and analyze data to support informed decision-making
- Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings
- Identify and resolve data-related challenges through effective problem-solving approaches
- Apply best practices in data governance and management within Salesforce environments





Requirements

- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Model, Sales and Revenue models, and Marketing Tables
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making
- Knowledge of SQL querying
- Skills in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and implement effective solutions
- Familiarity with best practices in data governance and management within Salesforce environments
