Your Impact

We are looking for a Government Affairs Senior Manager to lead PMI's government affairs and public policy agenda across the Caribbean, Central America and Andean Cluster (CCA).

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute government affairs and public policy strategies aligned with PMI's business priorities and smoke-free vision.




- Build and maintain trusted relationships with government officials, policymakers, regulators, industry associations, chambers of commerce and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor political, legislative and regulatory developments, identifying risks and opportunities that may impact the business.
- Lead advocacy initiatives and public policy engagement efforts across the region.
- Advise senior business leaders on government affairs, policy and regulatory matters.
- Represent PMI in high-level external engagements and industry forums.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Fiscal Affairs, Legal, Communications, Compliance, Sustainability and Commercial teams.
- Lead, coach and develop Corporate Affairs talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and innovation.
