About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Bilingual Paralegal with a background in U.S. Immigration and/or Family Law to support attorneys and legal teams at U.S.-based law firms.

This role involves managing cases, preparing and organizing legal documentation, communicating with clients, tracking deadlines, and providing day-to-day support throughout the legal process.

This is a 100% remote opportunity for professionals based in Latin America who have experience supporting U.S. legal teams and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Your Mission To provide reliable and proactive legal support to attorneys while ensuring accuracy, organization, timely case management, and professional bilingual communication with clients and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist attorneys with Immigration and/or Family Law case management
- Prepare, draft, review, and organize legal documents, forms, petitions, applications, correspondence, and supporting evidence
- Maintain and update case files in legal case management systems
- Communicate with clients in English and Spanish to request documents, provide updates, and follow up on case requirements
- Track important deadlines, court dates, filing dates, appointments, and case milestones
- Organize supporting documentation and evidence for immigration petitions, applications, family law matters, and court filings




- Assist with the preparation and filing of documents with USCIS, immigration courts, family courts, and other relevant agencies or courts
- Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and supporting reports for attorneys
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, courts, government agencies, and other relevant parties when needed
- Ensure all case documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines

Adecuado Candidate Profile
- Based in Latin America
- Fluent in English and Spanish , both written and spoken
- 2+ years of experience supporting U.S. law firms as a Paralegal
- Experience in U.S. Immigration Law and/or Family Law
- Familiarity with immigration processes, petitions, applications, and supporting documentation is highly preferred
- Experience with legal case management systems such as Clio, LawLogix, Docketwise, MyCase, Filevine, Litify, or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, technology-driven legal environment

Compensation $1,400–$2,000 USD per month

Compensation depends on experience, legal specialization, and responsibilities.
