Remote | Eastern Time Hours Required

We are seeking an experienced IT Finance Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise technology and finance initiatives. This role is ideal for a project manager who understands both project delivery and the financial systems that support large organizations.

You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, manage budgets and forecasts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of finance and technology initiatives. The idóneo candidate has experience working with ERP platforms, managing project financials, and driving projects through the full lifecycle.

What You'll Do

- Lead 3-5 concurrent IT and finance projects from planning through delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and project documentation
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, financial reporting, and ROI analysis
- Coordinate business, technical, and vendor stakeholders to ensure project success
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues
- Communicate project status, financial impacts, and key updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships, RFP processes, contractual deliverables, and performance
- Support process improvement initiatives and project governance activities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Required Qualifications




- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies
- Experience supporting Finance and IT initiatives
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting
- Vendor management experience
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) experience
- Experience managing finance system implementations or integrations
- Experience working in regulated environments (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
- Continuous improvement and process optimization experience
- CAPM, PMP, or other PMI-related certifications
