Discover the Role

We are seeking an experienced Migration Project Manager to manage complex client data migration projects involving the transition of customer data from legacy platform to strategic targeted platform. The role will manage multiple migration projects simultaneously across different countries, regions, and legal entities while ensuring data integrity, compliance, business continuity, and exceptional client experience throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end client data migration projects from initiation through hyper care and project closure.
- Manage multiple concurrent migration projects across different countries, regions, and client segments.
- Develop and manage migration schedules, migration rehearsals, cutover plans, and rollout strategies.
- Establish project governance, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Track project health, timelines, dependencies, and resource utilization.




- Drive migration of client data from legacy systems to target platforms while maintaining data quality and integrity.
- Coordinate migration waves, pilot migrations, and phased client data migrations.
- Ensure successful execution of data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading activities.
- Drive consistency in migration execution while accommodating local requirements.
- Ensure country readiness and stakeholder sign-off before migration execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for migration-related activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, internal business leaders, product teams, and technical teams.
- Facilitate migration workshops, planning sessions, status reviews, and executive updates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively communicate project progress.
- Escalate critical issues and drive timely decision-making.
- Monitor migration defects, reconciliation issues, and data discrepancies.
- Maintain RAID logs and governance documentation.

Key Requirements:

- Overall experience in technology 12-15 years with 8 -10 years in project & program management.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering, Business, or related.
- PMP Certified
- Strong understanding of PM methodologies. (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid etc.)
- Proficiency in Azure Devops, MS Project, Project Accelerator, Monday.Com and migration planning tools.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, Compliance,



and Technology teams.
- Experience managing migrations and implementations within Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management etc.
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes across multiple countries and regions.
- Experience supporting or delivering projects involving: Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, SAP SuccessFactors
- Familiarity with HR integrations and middleware platforms, including APIs, file-based integrations, and enterprise integration frameworks.
- Understanding of country-specific payroll, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PRINCE2, Agile certifications.
- Experience in regulated industries and regulated environments (finance, tax, data privacy)
- Experience managing HR transformation, HCM implementation, or platform consolidation programs.
- Understand country-specific business processes, regulatory requirements, and data governance considerations.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations impacting employee data, including GDPR and other regional compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of HR data structures, employee lifecycle processes, organizational hierarchies, job architecture, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Experience with HR data migration activities including - Employee master data migration, Payroll data migration etc.
