Role Description

This is a full-time remote Paralegal role supporting workers’ compensation matters. The Paralegal will assist the attorney with day-to-day case management, including organizing case files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records. Daily tasks include preparing and formatting legal documents, drafting correspondence, and reviewing records and reports related to accidents and workplace injuries.

The role involves conducting legal and factual research, summarizing medical and accident documentation, and communicating with clients, medical providers,



and insurance companies to gather information and provide updates. The Paralegal will also support the firm’s efforts to investigate insurance coverage and ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for attorney review.

Qualifications

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (at least a C1 level)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Litify, or similar case management systems
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF editing program
- Experience with AI programs
- Experience handling personal injury cases
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization
- Home computer with dependable internet connection
- Experience working remotely
- Comfortable with multi-tasking
- Comfortable making and answering calls to insurance companies, police departments, medical providers, and clients

Pay

1,300,000.00 COP to start

Salary to increase after 60 day trial period.
