LeanTech in Colombia (Remote) is seeking a Mid Product Manager with a strong design background to prototype and deliver user-centered operational tools for our delivery and back-office teams. You will craft flows, build clickable prototypes, and validate ideas with real users in a fast, iterative cycle.
This hands-on role requires designing end-to-end experiences, collaborating with engineers, and using Lovable and Claude to accelerate discovery, drafting, and iteration toward clear MVPs and
