Atlas Law Center is looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead AI-enabled business transformation across our organization.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can understand how a business actually operates, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn those opportunities into practical technology solutions that deliver measurable results.

About the Role

As our AI Product Manager , you will own the AI and business transformation roadmap, working closely with the President/COO and Founder/CEO .

You will help us build practical leverage across areas including:

- Client intake, qualification, follow-up, and conversion
- EEOC and administrative proceedings
- Attorney workflows and legal production
- Settlement processes and client-status visibility
- Marketing operations
- Automation and enterprise technology

What You’ll Do

- Own and prioritize the enterprise AI product roadmap
- Map business workflows and identify opportunities, constraints, and risks
- Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and implementation plans
- Evaluate AI tools, vendors, integrations, and build-vs-buy opportunities
- Lead discovery, testing, implementation, training, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate engineering, QA, automation, data, and external resources
- Help establish responsible AI governance, security, and human-review processes
- Present clear recommendations and measurable results to leadership





What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in product management, business operations, digital transformation, automation, or a related field
- Experience working with AI/LLMs, automation, integrations/APIs, retrieval, evaluations, and human-in-the-loop systems
- Strong ability to understand complex workflows and turn business problems into technology solutions
- Technical fluency sufficient to work effectively with engineers and technical teams
- Excellent communication, judgment, ownership, and follow-through
- Experience working with confidential or sensitive information

Preferred: Experience in legal, healthcare, financial services, insurance, regulated professional services, or another high-trust environment.

Location

Remote or hybrid , with reliable availability for collaboration during U.S. Central Time business hours.
