About the job: As part of our Global Business Services (GBS) Finance team, you will support accounting closing and reporting activities across six Latin American countries. This role is an excellent opportunity to build strong accounting expertise while gaining exposure to regional operations, general stakeholders and multinational reporting processes. You will work closely with experienced accountants, contribute to key financial activities, and help ensure accurate and timely reporting that supports business decision-making.

Main responsibilities:





- Support monthly closing and reporting activities in line with established accounting timelines.
- Prepare and post accounting entries, adjustments and reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with inventory accounting activities, including standard cost updates and related reporting processes.
- Support fixed asset accounting activities such as capitalization, depreciation and month-end reviews.
- Perform balance sheet and profit and loss reconciliations and contribute to financial analysis and reporting.
- Work with accounting systems to resolve process issues, follow up on requests and support corrective actions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different countries and functions to ensure efficient and consistent accounting operations.

About you:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Experience supporting accounting, financial reporting, closing processes or general ledger activities.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Ability to analyse information, solve problems and deliver accurate work within deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and supporting multiple priorities.




- English proficiency at an intermediate to upper-intermediate level (approximately B2) to participate in meetings and communicate with international stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP, shared services environments, inventory accounting, fixed assets or IFRS is a plus.
