Role Description The Webmaster is a full-time remote role responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the organization’s websites and online platforms. Day-to-day tasks include updating site content, managing navigation and page layouts, monitoring website performance, and ensuring a secure, stable, and accessible user experience. The Webmaster will collaborate with creative, marketing,



and leadership teams to implement new features that support talent discovery and engagement, including forms, portfolios, and interactive content. The role also involves managing integrations with e-commerce tools, overseeing analytics tracking, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating small web projects from concept to deployment.
