NationPro USA is a U.S.-based residential solar company helping homeowners reduce their electricity costs and transition to clean, reliable energy.
We are expanding our U.S. solar sales operation and are looking for exceptional English-speaking Solar Appointment Setters in Colombia.
This is not a general customer service or virtual assistant position.
We are looking for confident salespeople who know how to engage homeowners, overcome objections, create interest, qualify opportunities, and consistently book high-quality solar appointments.
Your Mission
Your job is to turn outbound conversations with U.S. homeowners into qualified solar appointments for our sales team.
You will:
Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. homeowners
Create interest in residential solar and battery solutions
Ask the right questions to identify qualified homeowners
Understand the homeowner's current electricity situation
Determine interest and motivation




Handle common solar objections confidently
Explain the reason for the consultation clearly
Book qualified appointments with our solar specialists
Confirm appointment information
Enter accurate notes and dispositions into our CRM
Follow up with interested homeowners
Consistently achieve appointment and quality targets
Excellent Spoken English Is Required
Your English must be excellent.
You will spend your day speaking with homeowners in the United States, so you must communicate clearly, naturally, and confidently.
