Strata (strata.ca) is a tech-forward Toronto real estate brokerage: 85 agents powered by one of Ontario's most-visited real estate platforms, with the pace and energy of a startup. We're building a two-person remote operations team, and this role works directly with our Operations Manager.

What you'll do
Design agent marketing assets in Canva: business cards, lawn signs, riders, and social posts. You'll work from our templates, but the typographic judgment is yours: name placement, font sizing, spacing and other creative decisions
Answer inbound calls on our brokerage line from prospective buyers, sellers, and renters (typically 2 to 6 per day): find out what the caller needs and (usually) route the lead to the right agent.
Run day-to-day agent onboarding: welcome emails, brokerage agreements via DocuSign, checklists, email account setup, and agent bios
Coordinate scheduling: assessments, training sessions, weekly meetings, boardroom bookings, and monthly headshot days
Keep our listings platform tidy: attach agents and buildings to listings,



process listing-removal requests using our templates, and triage site glitches to the dev team
Post to our Instagram, share the monthly newsletter, moderate site reviews, and respond to Google reviews with our templates
Handle routine lead lookups and transfers under our lead policy, escalating unclear cases to the Operations Manager

You
2+ years of hands-on design experience producing marketing materials in Canva or similar tools, with a real eye for typography: you notice bad kerning, you know when a font size is wrong, and your layouts look clean without anyone checking your work.
Warm, service-first communicator: our agents should genuinely enjoy working with you, and callers should feel looked after. Excellent written English for daily agent emails, and clear, confident spoken English for answering live phone calls.
