What you will do
Cuál será su función
Soportar la mantenibilidad del Programa KOE (Kenvue Operational Excellence) en los procesos, apoyar metodologías de mejoramiento del proceso Puntas Estrella, a través del: despliegue, entrenamiento, aplicación, soporte en el desarrollo de soluciones digitales.
Responsabilidades fundamental
- Mantener los estándares del KOE (Kenvue Operational Excellence). Garantizar la mantenibilidad de los indicadores de gestión.
- Soportar el desarrollo de soluciones digitales, implementando aplicativos que permitan agilizar el análisis de datos y la toma de decisiones.
- Soportar las metodologías del área Make Excellence: innovación, capacitación, plant cockpit y rituales, para garantizar la adherencia a los estándares establecidos.
- Facilitar la implementación del programa de Puntas Estrella y garantizar su sostenibilidad.
