As an HR Business Partner for LATAM, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping drive organisational effectiveness, workforce engagement,



and talent strategies that support business growth across the region. You will partner closely with leaders, managers, and HR teams to translate business needs into people-focused solutions while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and Rovensa policies.

Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with LATAM business leaders to identify current and future people-related priorities and develop actionable HR plans aligned with business goals.
- Lead and support organisational design initiatives to optimise structures, capabilities, and efficiency.
- Implement and oversee key HR processes, including performance management, talent development, learning, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, performance challenges, and team effectiveness.
- Use HR analytics and workforce data to identify trends, support decision-making, and measure the impact of HR init
