About the Role
We're looking for a full-time Operations Analyst based in Colombia. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of operations, data, and technology. You'll learn the systems behind a financial operation that processes hundreds of millions of dollars each month, help ensure that those processes run accurately, and look for better ways to operate them. A big part of the role is figuring out how AI and automation can make our team more effective. We're not looking for an AI expert. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious about these tools, already experiments with them,
and enjoys turning repetitive or manual work into better systems. You might use AI to investigate an operational issue, prototype an internal tool, analyze a large dataset, automate part of a workflow, or make a process easier for the next person to operate. You will also work directly with our U.S.-based teams and clients, so strong communication and ownership matter just as much as technical curiosity.
What You'll Do
- Become an expert in the payroll and operational systems that process hundreds of millions of dollars each month.
- Perform data audits, reconciliations, investigations, and reporting to make sure our operations remain accurate and reliable.
- Identify repetitive, manual, or error-prone processes and find better ways to solve them.
- Build and test lightweight automations and AI-assisted workflows.
- Experiment with new AI tools and determine where they are actually useful - and where they are not.
