As a Data & Analytics Intern, you will turn DiDi's raw data into the decisions that run a multi-country marketplace — from what a ride should cost to which experiment gets scaled. This role is built for people who trust a numbers and won't stop until they know why, how and what it moved. You will support the execution of strategic initiatives, promote cross-functional collaboration, and build dashboards and tools that improve data accessibility to support leader's decision-making.
Role Responsibilities
- Solving ambiguous business questions through structured analysis — the right data, the right frame, a defensible answer.
- Navigate the exciting messiness of a fast-growing marketplace by modelling pricing, elasticity and demand scenarios that inform real decisions.
- Collaborate across ops, marketing and finance to turn analysis into decisions, not just dashboards.
- Own a data product or pricing question from hypothesis
