Baker Hughes is seeking an ISC Fulfillment Leader - LATAM to lead multiple manufacturing and AMO facilities across LATAM, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development while aligning with strategic objectives.
You will oversee operations, promote safety culture with HSE, implement ISC Plant Standards, collaborate with Lean and other teams, manage KPIs, and report performance to executives. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in manufacturing/ops with advanced English are required.
