Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a managed service provider.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking.
- Well-versed in the Microsoft Online Platform.
- Individuals with the following certifications will be prioritized.
- Microsoft Azure Administrator AZ-104.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700).




- Microsoft Certified M365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
- Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
- Microsoft Certified Security, Compliance, and Identity (SC-900).
- CompTIA Network+.

Must-Have Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
- Effective and professional communication skills.
- Focus on work in a noisy environment with frequent distractions.
- Attention to detail.
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of electronics.
- Organized and a team player.
