This 100% remote role focuses on supporting ISP/MSP customers with Versa SD-WAN, VPNs and managed services. Expect no travel and a Wednesday-Sunday shift aligned to Eastern US time, with opportunities to mentor peers.
Excellent problem-solving and customer-facing skills are essential, as is experience with BGP/OSPF, firewall configuration, and network design principles.
