As a Product & Design Intern, you will help decide what DiDi builds next and how it feels to the people who use it — from framing the problem to shipping the fix. This role is built for people who'd rather see their work live in the app than sitting in a deck.
Role Responsibilities
- Solving real user and business problems through structured frameworks — a clear spec, a tested design, a scoped program.
- Navigate the ambiguity of building something new: prototype, test and iterate on real user feedback before you ship.
- Collaborate across product, design and engineering to move a feature or program from idea to launch without dropping a dependency.
- Own a slice of the roadmap, a design flow, or a program end to end — managing timelines, risk and stakeholders under real deadlines.
- Adapt to shifting scope and new information as the product, and the plan, evolve.
