Distro is an AI-powered recruiting platform. We connect to customers' ATS, sync jobs and candidates, and run an automated multi-stage pipeline that parses, scores, and interviews applicants using LLMs. We seek a hands-on senior engineer to lead the architecture, own AWS, and grow a small team.
You'll own the AI processing pipeline, full-stack features with Laravel and React, and end-to-end AWS infrastructure. This role requires strong English and a proactive, product-minded leader.
