AgileEngine is seeking a Research Operations Associate to manage end-to-end participant recruitment for UX studies, with a strong focus on B2B employer participants. You will coordinate sourcing, screening, NDAs, scheduling, and incentives, and lead the migration of the UX research repository to Dovetail.
You will liaison between Research Operations and UX Research teams, and seek continual improvements to processes using design thinking and agile practices.
