Key Responsibilities
- Incident Resolution Support: Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues related to commercial applications, ensuring optimal and continuous performance.
- Application Maintenance and Enhancements: Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as the implementation of application updates and improvements.
- Technical Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and support procedures.
- User Support: Provide technical assistance to users of commercial applications, addressing inquiries and delivering effective solutions to their issues.
- Testing and Validation: Collaborate in testing new fun
