Personal Injury Legal Assistant / Paralegal (Pre-Litigation or Litigation) - On Site

Job Summary

This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who can manage multiple cases while ensuring deadlines, documentation, and client service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury case files from intake through resolution.
- Collect, organize, and maintain medical records, bills, lien information, and supporting documentation.
- Obtain and review police reports, witness statements, accident reports, photographs, and other evidence.
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, attorneys, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and case-related materials.
- Assist with litigation activities including complaints, discovery, depositions, mediation preparation, and trial support.
- Monitor case deadlines, court dates, and litigation calendars.
- Coordinate service of process, subpoenas, medical examinations, depositions,



and mediation logistics.
- Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with court and firm requirements.
- Support attorneys with case development, settlement preparation, and case resolution activities.

Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in Personal Injury Law.:
- Must experience in either Pre-Litigation or Litigation (experience in both is highly preferred).:
- Experience managing personal injury case documentation, medical records, and client communications.
- Familiarity with discovery processes, pleadings, court filings, and litigation procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active cases.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
