Senior Manager position

Role Overview:
- Responsible for the Zone (and respective Countries therein) Order To Cash (OTC) entire process
- Leads and oversees the relevant tasks to perform “Order To Cash” activities in Zones for in-vivo business
- Ensures operational and customer excellence; drives Revenue, Cash and productivity meets milestones and targets within global OTC KPI framework (acc. Zone specific target setting)
- Drives continuous development of OTC related digitalization activities with focus on productivity
- Interfaces with Zone sales and service organization, as well as “Offer to Order Department” and BL/BA organization




- Develops team members and elevates their skillset to shape future challenges due to internal or external development in OTC; develops talents

Required Mindset

Required Qualification & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
