Sobre o papel:
Plan and execute the short- and medium-term marketing strategy for the category Nutella at the LADM Cluster (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Chile) and regional levels, in order to ensure the established long-term objectives are met, through the definition and execution of marketing strategies, innovations, and commercial plans.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Design and execute strategies and tactics for short- and medium-term brand development.
- Analyze market trends, internal and external information, and consumer behavior.
- Coordinate processes that impact brand objectives with internal support areas (sales, trade marketing, workflow, controlling, legal, supply chain, finance, PFM) and external areas (media agencies, creative agencies, research agencies).
- Lead the development of creative pieces and media campaigns for brands.
- Execute and control the regional budget for brands in order to guarantee volume, net sales, and margin results.
- Lead and execute projects that impact brands in the short and medium term (launches, seasons, digital and BTL advertising,



other brand campaigns, etc.)
- Support the Senior Regional Category Manager in highly complex projects (communication, portfolio, A&P;, pricing)
- Lead and coordinate the direct team and cross-functional teams in the fulfillment of their responsibilities and professional development.
- Comply with the code of ethics, policies, rules, and internal procedures determined by the Group and the Company in the performance of the job.
- Comply with the responsibilities and duties related to the operation of the Occupational Health and Safety System in the exercise of the position.

Sobre você:
Professional in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields, with experience in marketing. From 5 to 8 years of experiencie, Advanced English, Office Tools, Data Base Management (Nielsen and others)
