About the Role
We're looking for a versatile Support Engineer & Software Developer who can provide day-to-day technical support while also helping build and improve the company's software platforms.
What You'll Do
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents
Support user accounts, system setup, and access management
Assist employees with technical questions and system usage
Maintain documentation and support tickets
Develop and maintain our TMS (Transportation Management System) and other internal platforms
Build, test, debug, and improve software solutions
What You Bring
Experience in IT support, help desk, software development, or a combination
Knowledge of multiple programming languages
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand and work across different technologies
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
