About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong track record of closing high-value, complex software deals.
This role is focused on developing new business opportunities within the insurance and financial services sectors, owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract closure.The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with the ability to navigate technical conversations, engage C-Level stakeholders, and position software solutions effectively in competitive enterprise environments.RequirementsProven experience closing high-ticket enterprise sales and complex software deals.Previous experience selling software solutions to insurance companies and/or financial institutions.Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline through direct outbound sales activities.Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.Strong ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with C-Level executives and senior decision-makers.Ability to confidently lead both technical and business conversations and position solutions against global competitors.Strong negotiation, communication,
and relationship-building skills.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Availability to travel as required.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.Build and maintain a strong pipeline through direct outbound prospecting and strategic account development.Identify and develop new business opportunities within the insurance and financial services sectors.Lead complex sales processes involving C-Level executives, technical stakeholders, and business decision-makers.Conduct compelling business and technical conversations that clearly communicate the value and differentiation of the software solution.Navigate competitive sales processes and effectively position the solution against established integral competitors.Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand their strategic and operational needs.Drive opportunities toward successful closure while maintaining an organized and predictable sales pipeline.
