We are hiring a strategic and hands‑on Head of Analytics for a global company to lead and develop a high‑performing team of junior analysts. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CEO—an experienced industry leader—and a consulting Senior Analyst during a transitional knowledge transfer phase to:
- Establish best practices for data-driven decision-making.
- Shape the future of our analytics function during a critical phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO to align company strategy with analyst performance.
- Accelerate through the learning curve to master industry-specific knowledge and operational frameworks.
- Progressively assume comprehensive managerial authority, demonstrating leadership maturity and decision‑making autonomy.
- Guide team members through organizational transitions while maintaining operational continuity.
- Co-author and validate comprehensive project plans, staffing strategies, and technical documentation.
- Design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Serve as the critical bridge between the CEO's vision and team execution—anticipating needs, resolving challenges, and driving alignment.
Who You Are:
- Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
- At least two years in similar roles.
