About the Role
At Staffbridge, we’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-growing freight-tech team. If you’re great at negotiating, love building strong relationships with carriers, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, we want you on board.
What You’ll Do:
- Negotiate & sell: Drive business by negotiating competitive rates for spot market and contracts, and sell loads to carriers.
- Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with carriers to ensure successful freight movement.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, quickly respond to customer needs, and secure business.




- Monitor & adjust: Track market trends and adjust carrier rates to stay competitive.
- Track & trace: Monitor shipments and track the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.

What You Bring:
- Experience in Carrier Sales, Track and Trace or similar roles.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with a team.
