What You Can Expect :
- The adecuado candidate will have a strong understanding of international logistics operations, shipment costing, billing, and Gross Profit (GP) analysis.
- This role is responsible for ensuring accurate revenue capture, cost validation, and billing integrity across freight forwarding operations.
- This person will work closely with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to improve profitability, support financial closing activities, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure all billable charges are accurately captured and invoiced.
- Review operational costs and vendor invoices for accuracy.
- Analyze Gross Profit (GP) performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support month-end closing through shipment cost and revenue validation.




- Monitor billing accuracy and resolve revenue discrepancies.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, finance, billing, revenue analysis, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and cost structures.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with TMS, ERP, or Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
