We are looking to hire a Business Development Coordinator in Bogota Colombia or Mexico City.The Regional Business Development Coordinator supports commercial planning, sales forecasting, marketing execution, and business performance analysis for assigned brands across the region.
Working closely with and reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions, optimize commercial initiatives, and achieve business objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop sales forecasts, demand plans, and business performance analyses to identify commercial opportunities and risksExecute regional marketing campaigns,



product launches, promotions, and brand activationsCoordinate retail and eCommerce execution in alignment with global brand guidelinesMonitor campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to provide actionable business insightsManage campaign documentation and partner complianceCollaborate with internal stakeholders, publishers, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field2+ years of experience in Business Planning, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Business DevelopmentStrong analytical, forecasting, and reporting skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel; Power BI is a plusExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skillsAdvanced English proficiencyThe successful candidate will receive a conditional offer which will be contingent upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor or similar.
