We are looking for a sharp, problem-solver and proactive coordinator to join our team as Key Account Manager.
This role is ideal for someone motivated by taking ownership, energized by fast-paced logistics, and capable of managing entire operational workflows with minimal oversight.
What you'll do:
Coordinate full service requests end-to-end, from the initial client call to final invoicing.
Maintain clean, organized records and client data in our CRM system.
Follow up on open quotes and requests to ensure quick turnaround and closed deals.
Find, schedule, and manage local technicians or service vendors under tight deadlines.
Handle live customer calls with empathy, resolving complex issues with good judgment under pressure.
Ensure billing details are accurate upfront so invoices are processed smoothly.

What we are looking for:
Experience in operations, logistics, customer success, or project coordination (industry versátil).
Ability to coordinate technicians, vendors, or external teams under time pressure.
Comfort using CRM systems or database platforms.
Strong organizational skills and basic commercial sense (quotes, billing, follow-ups).
Advanced English level C1 is mandatory for daily business communication.
Currently living in Bogotá, Colombia (On-site presence required).
