End-to-End Payroll ExecutionManage complete payroll cycles for assigned populationReview payroll outputs and ensure 100% accuracyHandle off-cycle payrolls and adjustments2.
Compliance & AuditEnsure compliance with Colombia payroll laws and statutory regulationsPrepare audit documentation and support auditsMonitor changes in payroll regulations3.
Escalation & Issue Resolution (Tier 2/3)Handle complex payroll discrepanciesPerform root cause analysis (RCA)Ensure permanent resolution of recurring issues4.
