OperationsSupervising and managing all operational aspects of Outsite Bogota to the highest level of efficiency possible, including but not limited to:Overseeing and supervising all staff schedules, management, and operationsSupervising the overall performance of all departments ad conducting reviewsEnsuring all processes of the Hotel operate smoothly and performing inspectionsAssisting in the hiring, supervising, and scheduling of vendorsAssisting in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new staffMaking and approving purchase ordersKeeping track of orders and expenses according to budgetKeeping track of inventory of goods and suppliesManaging and prioritizing all maintenance needsOverseeing that all maintenance issues are resolved in a timely mannerKeeping track of all routine maintenance is completed as requiredEnforcing required safety and emergency standards for the Hotel, guests, and employeesBeing on-call for emergenciesB.
AdministrationExecuting the administrative aspects of the Hotel:Making payments to suppliers and vendors, including bookkeeping and vendor managementAssisting in the approval and tracking of staff payrollConsolidating and bookkeeping of monthly revenue and expensesAssisting in financial reporting of profit and lossCommunicating to accountants all relevant informationSubmitting reports to all corresponding agencies as requiredSubmitting monthly occupancy and revenue reports to corresponding tax authorities as requiredRenewing and maintaining licenses and permits as requiredEnsuring compliance in all operational aspects of the HotelC.
Revenue & PerformanceMonitoring key hotel performance metrics:Working with the team on pricing, availability, promotions, and inventory strategyIdentifying opportunities to increase occupancy and revenueMonitoring OTA performance and ensuring listings, rates, availability, and content are accurateReviewing booking trends and identifying operational implicationsWorking toward established occupancy and revenue targetsD.
Guest ExperienceProviding an outstanding Outsite guest experience:Taking ownership of escalated guest complaintsMonitoring guest feedback, reviews, ratings, and recurring complaintsIdentifying trends in guest feedback and implementing corrective actionsEnsuring consistent service standards throughout the propertyResponding to urgent or high-priority guest situationsE.
Project ManagementSupporting and managing the opening of the new Bogota property from pre-opening through launch:Coordinating opening timelines,
priorities, and operational deliverablesCoordinating with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the property is ready for openingOverseeing the procurement, delivery, installation, and setup of furniture, equipment, supplies, technology, and other operational needsEstablishing and testing operational processes, systems, and SOPs before openingAssisting with the hiring, onboarding, and training of the opening teamConducting pre-opening inspections and identifying and resolving outstanding issuesManaging opening checklists and ensuring all critical tasks are completed on timeIdentifying potential operational risks before opening and proactively addressing themSupporting a smooth transition from the opening project into day-to-day hotel operationsWho You AreYou are a hands-on hospitality leader who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely cares about creating an exceptional guest experience.
