This role ensures product and service quality, achieving the best cost and coverage conditions for current or prospective clients, in line with the company's established objectivesLead the placement team for policies within the Property & Energy product lineSupport customer service and commercial managers or VPs in diagnosing opportunities and presenting proposals to clientsGenerate management reports for the area and for personal responsibilitiesAct as a technical knowledge facilitator for both the company and its clientsProvide technical opinions on the product line to various company areas when requiredLead the area's internal processes, including committees, technological, and administrative proceduresMeet and comply with minimum performance indicators in revenue, roll over, Aon United, engagement, innovation, and business win hit ratio.How this opportunity is differentAon offers you adaptable work with a hybrid methodology, you can work from the comfort of your home as well as in the office where you will meet a team that lives in a warm and friendly work environment, as well as the opportunity to grow vertically and horizontally growth.Skills and experience that will lead to successLed a team for 3 years, organizing daily tasks, supporting team members, and helping ensure goals were met on time.Over 5 years of experience as a Broker Sr in insurance/reinsurance, specifically in Property & Marine lines (All Risk Construction and Erection, All Risk Property Damage, Oil & Gas, Power, Transport, and Port Liability).
Technical Knowledge: Advanced and essential in All Risk Construction and Erection and/or Power and/or Oil & Gas and/or All Risk Property DamageProfessional Civil Engineer and/or Engineer in other specialties and/or related fields.
Specialization in Insurance is desirableLanguages: Upper-intermediate English (B1 level)Desirable Knowledge: Familiarity with the country's infrastructure, mining, and/or energy sectors
