The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing theEpic ADT (Admission, Discharge, and Transfer)andEpic Cadencemodules.
The candidate will work closely with patient access, registration, scheduling, and clinical teams to streamline patient movement, appointment scheduling, and front-end operational workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, maintain, and support the Epic ADT and Epic Cadence applications.Gather, analyze, and document business and operational requirements from patient access, registration, scheduling, and clinical stakeholders.Design, build, test, validate, and deploy Epic ADT and Cadence enhancements and system changes.Configure and support patient registration, admissions, discharges, transfers, provider scheduling, appointment templates,



and scheduling workflows.Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production L2 & L3 support.Participate in Epic implementations, system upgrades, optimization initiatives, and enhancement projects.Perform unit testing, integrated testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
