Aboutthe Role RocaAlliances is seeking an Experienced Zoho One Developer to design, develop,integrate, and continuously improve solutions across our Zoho One environment.
The idealcandidate will have strong hands-on experience withDeluge scripting for**ZohoCRM,****Zoho Creator, **workflow automation, data management, and APIintegrations, as well as practical knowledge of other applications within theZoho One ecosystem.
Thisposition will collaborate closely with Operations, Recruitment, Finance, IT,and company leadership to translate business requirements into secure,scalable, and efficient technical solutions.
The selected candidate will takeownership of projects throughout the complete development lifecycle, fromrequirements analysis and solution design to deployment, documentation, andongoing support.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy,and maintain custom solutions across the Zoho One ecosystem.
Develop advanced businesslogic, custom functions, scheduled processes, and automation using ZohoDeluge.
Build and customizeapplications, forms, workflows, approvals, reports, dashboards, and datamodels in Zoho Creator.
Configure and enhance modules,layouts, fields, Blueprints, validation rules, workflows, and customfunctions in Zoho CRM.
Customize and integrate Zohoapplications such as Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, Zoho Recruit, ZohoPeople, Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Projects.
Integrate Zoho applicationswith external platforms using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, connections,and JSON-based data exchanges.




Build bidirectionalintegrations and automated data synchronization processes between Zohoapplications and third-party systems.
Gather and analyze businessrequirements and convert them into technical specifications, systemconfigurations, and scalable solutions.
Evaluate existing operationalprocesses and recommend opportunities for automation, standardization, andoptimization.
Perform data migrations, fieldmapping, data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and systemconsolidation activities.
Troubleshootproduction incidents, API failures, automation errors, datainconsistencies, permission issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Implement and maintain userroles, profiles, permissions, access controls, and appropriatedata-security practices.
Apply structured testing,quality assurance, user acceptance testing, release management, andproduction deployment procedures.
Maintain technicaldocumentation for system configurations, integrations, workflows, scripts,dependencies, and deployment processes.
Use version-control andchange-management practices to maintain traceability and reduce deploymentrisks.
Provide technical support andguidance to Zoho administrators, internal users, and businessstakeholders.
Communicate directly withEnglish-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements, explain technicalsolutions, present recommendations, and provide project updates.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in SystemsEngineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field.
Between 3 and 5 years ofhands-on experience developing, customizing, or implementing Zohosolutions in corporate environments.
Advanced proficiency in ZohoDeluge scripting, including custom functions, automation, datamanipulation, error handling, and API calls.
Strong experience with ZohoCreator and Zoho CRM customization and development.
Hands-on experience withadditional Zoho applications such as Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, ZohoRecruit, Zoho People, Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, or Zoho Projects.
Demonstrated experiencedeveloping workflows, Blueprints, approval processes, scheduled functions,reports, dashboards, and business automation.
Practical experienceintegrating applications through REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks,connections, and JSON.
Understanding of relationaldata models, system architecture, field mapping, data validation, andapplication integration patterns.




Experience gathering businessrequirements and translating them into technical specifications andscalable system solutions.
Experience conducting datamigrations, system testing, debugging, and controlled productiondeployments.
Strong analytical,troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently,manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of technical solutions fromrequirements through production support.
Strong communication andstakeholder-management skills.
English proficiency at B2+level or higher, with the ability to participate in technical meetings,document solutions, and communicate with international stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications Zoho Creator AssociateDeveloper, Zoho Creator Professional Developer, or another relevant Zohocertification.
Experience integrating Zohowith telephony, messaging, accounting, ATS, HRIS, CRM, ERP, or businessintelligence platforms.
Experience with Git or anotherversion-control system.
Knowledge of softwaredevelopment lifecycle, DevOps, release management, and quality assurancepractices.
Experience working withmultinational organizations or distributed technical teams.
Previous exposure torecruitment, staffing, finance, human resources, sales operations, orbusiness process automation.
Experience providing technicalmentoring or guidance to administrators, junior developers, or businessusers.
