This critical role will manage and optimizethe full HR technology stack, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategicgoals and operational needs.
This expert will oversee system configuration,integrations, and data management, while partnering with HR, IT,
and businessleaders to deliver technology solutions that support our employees and drivebusiness success.
As the primary owner of Workday and otherHR systems, this role will ensure the effective delivery of HR services,reporting, and compliance.
What You'll Do Own the Workday roadmap as the subject matter expert and manageHR technology platforms, ensuring seamless operation and optimization.
Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of allHR systems, including integrations with other business platforms.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement new HR tools andtechnologies to support business objectives and improve user experience.
System Strategy and Optimization: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR systems andtools, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.
Partner with HR and business leaders to identify systemenhancements and solutions that support talent acquisition, performancemanagement, learning and development, and other HR processes.
Continuously improve system functionality, workflows, andreporting capabilities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Management and Reporting: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all HRsystems.
Develop robust reporting and analytics capabilities, providinginsights to support data-driven decision-making.
Partner with HR leaders to create dashboards and reports fortracking key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and employee engagement.
Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage relationships with HR technology vendors,
ensuringservice-level agreements are met and staying informed about system updatesand enhancements.
Collaborate with IT to manage system integrations, troubleshoottechnical issues, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership on technology trendsand best practices.
Build and lead a high-performing HR systems team, fostering aculture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide training and support to HR team members and end-usersto ensure effective use of systems and tools.
Requirements 7+ years of experience in HR systems management with 3 years inleadership Workday proficiency: Extensive hands- on experience, includingimplementation, configuration, and optimization.
Proven success managing a full HR tech stack, includingintegrations with other business systems.
Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, includingtalent management, payroll, and compliance.
Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creationusing HR systems.
Project management expertise, including the ability to leadsystem implementations and upgrades on time and within budget.
Preferred: Experience in a global SaaS or tech environment.
Familiarity with other HR tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LMS,performance management tools).
Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations.
Certification in Workday or other HRIS platforms.
