Hunter Douglas is launching a Global Management Trainee Program (GMT), a 10-month leadership development track designed to mold future leaders. Trainees rotate through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, and Customer Service, with hands-on work and measurable project outcomes from day one.
You will be paired with a mentor, engage in integral induction, and complete a four-month individual project culminating in a leadership presentation and placement into a full-time role.
