Schedule: Monday to Friday | Hours May Vary
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 Annual Salary

About The Role
The People Operations & Total Rewards Specialist is a key member of the People & Empowerment team responsible for delivering an accurate, efficient, and employee-focused experience across core People Operations and Total Rewards programs.



This role owns the day-to-day administration of our people systems, including benefits administrations, and contributes positively to initiatives that strengthen the overall employee experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to support others. They bring a growth mindset, strong follow-through, sound judgment, and an openness to learning and improving along the way. They are comfortable balancing operational responsibilities with meaningful interaction and bring genuine interest and enthusiasm for making People Operations and Total Rewards programs simple, accessible, and valuable.

- Own the day-to-day administration of the HRIS, ATS, and other People systems ensuring employee information is accurate, timely, and well maintained.
