Ultimate Jet Vacations seeks a Logistics Coordinator, Advisor Partnerships to support growth by handling event logistics, FAM trips, invoicing and reporting, collaborating with the Head of Business Development and partners to deliver seamless experiences that strengthen relationships.
You will coordinate events, webinars, gifting, produce reports in Tableau, and manage itineraries with FamGuru, while maintaining records and working in a fast-paced, collaborative LatAm team.
