Job description: We are looking for Onboarding Specialist agents. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing exceptional service and guiding them through the initial stages of our client journey. You'll handle outbound calls, answer questions, gather information, and ensure a smooth transition to our Case Evaluation Specialists.

Responsabilities:
1. Phone Communication & Client Interaction:
• Conduct outbound calls
• Answer incoming calls, gathering contact information
• Transfer the call to the case evaluation specialist for a free consultation
• Handle both inbound inquiries from potential clients and outbound calls for follow-ups.
• Utilize internal software for sending SMS and/or emails for further communication.
2. Client Management:
• Follow-up with potential clients via phone, email, or text.
• Ensure consistent communication based on predefined frequency or until there's a response at various pipeline stages.
