LeadOn:Premise and EntertainmentChannelCustomer strategiesthat arerelevant consumer, shopper and customer value propositions. This position will also supportcustomer sell in planning discussions and negotiations via strong customer:specific business:opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve desired outcome of joint business planning with ourOn:PremiseCustomers, including targeted occasion:led portfolio activation, resulting in increasedIncidence of our brands and greaterCommercial Beveragescategory share.

Work closely with Platform Services, Strategy, Insights, Marketing and our Bottlers to leverage all available learnings/insights and metrics, lead and provide powerful holistic analyses that leverage multiple data points to deliver customer back selling stories, including top management presentations.

Accelerate Customer:Relevance and Sell in of our Strategic Initiatives and help mobilize theOn:Premisecustomers to drive a less transactional, more strategic top:level engagement, landing our category initiatives in a manner that will resonate.

Accelerate TCCCIncidence with ourOn:Premisecustomers by building credentials and relevance of our categories, propositions and initiatives : and achieved by impactful insights and the customer benefit of our initiatives, with focus on all key PITA drivers (footfall and especially basket incidence and basket value).

Link withkey occasionsand develop powerful activations (experiences, combos, etc.) toconnect better withconsumers/shoppers and provide superior returns for the businesswhileproviding solidprofit stories for ourOn:Premisecustomers.

Drive portfolio and equipment expansion with ourOn:Premisecustomers leveraging scaled execution of horizontal / vertical expansion and micro:segmentation activating the right brands, packs, price points and equipment.

Ensure financial viability ofOn:Premisecustomers agreements and provide guidance to seek consistency and coherence across the customer portfolio.

The role(s) requires ability to understand, analyze and connect what matters to our Consumers, Shoppers, Customers,as well asthecompetitive and industry dynamics, macro:economics and forecasts : all of which are required to build holistic and truly powerful propositions.

The Role covers multiple markets and is cross functional, working with markets and customer verticals and therefore requires strong interpersonal, leadership, project management and communication skills.

Communicating Effectively: Conveying information and ideas in a clear, meaningful and timely manner, providing information to ensure understanding and confidence.

Drives Innovative Business Improvements : Develops ideas and gains others commitment. Seizes opportunities that can deliver the greatest value, promoting an innovative environment.

Connecting the dots,Data AanAnalysis and Interpretation: Capability and judgement to identify, leverage and convert the right insights, from different data sources into holistic and compelling selling stories.

General Requirements:

5+ years of leadership experience in Strategy and Insights, Commercial, RGM or Customer Strategy.

Strong business acumen with broad and deep understanding of consumers, shoppers and customers is mandat
