The Senior Program Analyst will be in charge ofsupport the AFR and OFR quoting teams and lead the optimization
and automatization in quoting and reportingactivities; making sure the GSC achieve the KPIs and the critical points of theBPs.
Acting also as an operational leaderfor the team and being the Champion of the Sales Service Line.
The main activities to perform are as follows:
Quotingand follow activities in the OFR and AFR teams taking in account the Capacityand Workload of the teams.
Performand develop trainings that enrich the quoting skills of the team.
Generate Weekly performance reports based on KPI analysis and Hit Rate delined. Thisreport also
covers business performance.
Generatea Monthly status and performance report based on quotes status, projecthighlights and priorities along
with Monthly Hit Rate analysis.
Maintainweekly meetings with the BPS presencing them the current situation of theprogram, find improvement and
efficiencies and discuss open topics and issues.
JHI: Assure correctuse of GSConnect tool and act as a Backup of the Team Leaders
Providesupport as first escalation point.
Who Can Apply:
Professionals in Industrial Engineering,Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations
Previous experience in project management,active leadership and teamwork.
Minimum 6 months in the current position.
High level of English (dialogue, writing,listening).
Advanced level of MS Excel and other MSOffice tools
