We are committed to service excellence, innovation, and a consistently high-quality customer experience.POSITION SUMMARYThe Human Resources Manager is the senior local HR leader for the Colombia operation and is responsible for translating regional and global people priorities into compliant, practical, and measurable local execution. Based in Medellín and reporting to the HR Director, this hybrid role combines strategic business partnership with hands‑on leadership of HR operations, labor relations, talent acquisition, payroll and benefits oversight, performance management, organizational development, employee engagement, and workplace health and safety. The position will directly lead a team of three HR professionals and will continue building and scaling the HR function as the business grows. The role serves as the primary HR advisor to Colombia leaders and employees while protecting the organization through sound judgment, accurate documentation, and consistent application of Colombian labor requirements and company policy.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:HR Leadership and Business PartnershipServe as the principal HR partner for leaders and employees in Colombia, providing timely, practical, and consistent guidance on people matters.Lead, coach, and develop a team of three HR professionals, establishing clear priorities, service standards, performance expectations, and development plans.Build and scale the local HR team, capabilities, and operating model as organizational needs and business operations continue to grow.Align local HR priorities, annual plans, policies, and workforce initiatives with business objectives and regional or general HR direction.Advise leaders on organizational structure, workforce planning, change management, employee experience, succession planning, and people-related risk.Labor Relations and ComplianceEnsure HR practices and employment documentation comply with applicable Colombian labor, social security, occupational health and safety, data protection, and payroll requirements.Guide disciplinary processes, employee investigations,



performance concerns, grievances, terminations, and workplace conflict resolution in a fair, documented, and legally sound manner.Coordinate responses to labor inspections, audits, employee claims, and requests from relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Labor, UGPP, and DIAN, with legal counsel when appropriate.Maintain complete, accurate, confidential, and audit‑ready personnel records, policies, contracts, and supporting documentation.Talent Acquisition and OnboardingOver see the team member who Lead end-to-end recruitment for Colombia positions in partnership with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition, including intake, sourcing strategy, selection, compensation alignment, and offer coordination.Ensure hiring decisions, pre‑employment requirements, contracts, onboarding, and probationary follow‑up are completed consistently and on time.Monitor recruiting effectiveness and recommend improvements to candidate quality, hiring timelines, and the new‑hire experience.Payroll, Benefits and HR OperationsOversee the timely and accurate administration of payroll inputs, employee changes, statutory contributions, benefits, leave, vacation, incentives, deductions, and final settlements in partnership with payroll providers and Finance.Review controls, reconciliations, approvals, and supporting documentation before payroll closure and escalated discrepancies promptly.Maintain data integrity in the HRIS and prepare accurate headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, payroll, and compliance reporting for management.Develop and continuously improve scalable local HR procedures, service levels, controls, and employee communications.Performance, Talent and CultureExecute performance management cycles, manager guidance, calibration, development planning, and follow‑up actions.Identify capability gaps and coordinate learning, leadership development, succession, and career development initiatives.Lead employee engagement, recognition, culture, retention, and internal communication activities, using employee feedback to create and track action plans.Support compensation reviews and workforce decisions with consistent documentation, market information, internal equity considerations,



and approved governance.SG‑SST and Employee WellbeingProvide management oversight of the Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG‑SST) and ensure required plans, committees, training, documentation, risk controls, and follow‑up actions are maintained.Coordinate with the ARL, occupational health providers, internal committees, vendors, and business leaders regarding workplace risk prevention, incidents, accommodations, return‑to‑work matters, and employee wellbeing.Monitor completion of required activities and escalated material health, safety, psychosocial, or compliance risks.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; postgraduate specialization or master's degree is preferred.Minimum of seven years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least three years in an HR management or senior HR business partner role supporting employees in Colombia.Demonstrated knowledge of Colombian labor relations, employment documentation, social security, payroll administration, benefits, and SG‑SST requirements.Experience leading and developing HR professionals, strengthening team capability, and scaling HR services in a growing organization.Experience leading employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary processes, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational change.Prior experience in a multinational, matrixed, regulated, insurance, healthcare, or service environment is strongly preferred.Professional fluency in Spanish and strong business proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using HRIS, payroll, recruiting, and reporting systems.Ability to analyze information, identify risk, exercise sound judgment, manage confidential information, and communicate effectively with employees and senior leaders.Strong leadership, organization, project management, coaching, negotiation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement capabilities.OTHER DETAILSSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly leads a team of three HR professionals and is responsible for continuing to build and expand the HR function as the business grows. The role also manages external HR, payroll, benefits, occupational health, recruitment, and legal service providers as assigned.Work ArrangementThis is a hybrid position based in Medellín, Colombia.
