Role Description This full-time on-site SAP Materials Management (MM) Consultant role is based in Medellín. The consultant will configure and support SAP MM modules, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics invoice verification, to meet business requirements. Daily responsibilities include analyzing and documenting business processes, managing and maintaining materials master data, and troubleshooting system issues. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading workshops, preparing functional specifications, and supporting testing, training, and go-live activities. The consultant will also help optimize existing MM processes, recommend improvements, and ensure alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Strong SAP Materials Management skills, including configuration, implementation, and support of core MM processes.
Ability to analyze and map Business Processes, translate requirements into SAP solutions,



and optimize end-to-end procurement and inventory workflows.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and propose effective, data-driven solutions.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and delivering user training.
Experience with Master Data management, including materials, vendors, and related data governance and quality controls.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Professional experience as an SAP MM Consultant or similar SAP functional role; exposure to integration with FI/CO, SD, or PP is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Medellín, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
Fluency in Spanish; working proficiency in English is beneficial.
