Role Description The AI Implementation Strategist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and executing AI-driven strategies that support talent discovery and project development. This role involves analyzing workflows and processes, identifying where AI tools can enhance talent scouting, script evaluation, audience analysis, and production planning. The strategist will collaborate with creative, technical, and operations teams to select, configure,



and integrate AI platforms, and to develop clear processes and guidelines for their use. Day-to-day tasks include mapping requirements, creating implementation roadmaps, monitoring performance metrics, training team members on AI tools, and ensuring ethical and inclusive use of AI in line with the company’s mission. The role also includes staying current with emerging AI technologies in media and entertainment and recommending practical innovations that improve efficiency and expand opportunities for underrepresented artists.

Qualifications
AI Strategy and Implementation: Ability to design AI use cases, build implementation plans, and align AI solutions with business and creative objectives.
Data and Analytics: Experience working with data sets, defining metrics, performing basic analysis, and using insights to inform decisions and optimize workflows.
