We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand presence across social platforms and build meaningful connections with our audience. This role is responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing social media content while ensuring consistency in brand voice, engagement, and performance.

The Social Media Manager is responsible for:

Launch, set up, and maintain Plata’s priority social media channels in Colombia.

Create and manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publishing.

Write, schedule, and publish content across relevant social media platforms.

Develop content formats and templates that can be produced independently without constant design support.

Coordinate with the Support team to establish processes for responding to comments and user DMs.

Track social media performance and use data-driven insights to continuously improve future content.
