organizadas y con sensibilidad visual, que disfruten transformar diseños en piezas digitales funcionales y optimizadas para diferentes plataformas y canales.

El impacto de tu rol

Como HTML Designer, serás responsable de diseñar, maquetar e implementar piezas digitales enfocadas en campañas de marketing y comunicación, asegurando coherencia visual, correcta ejecución técnica y alineación con los lineamientos de marca.

Tu día a día

- Diseñar piezas digitales como emails, landings y banners en Figma
- Maquetar piezas en HTML y CSS asegurando funcionalidad y responsividad
- Desarrollar plantillas de email compatibles con múltiples clientes de correo
- Implementar campañas en Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilizando herramientas como Email Studio y Journey Builder
- Personalizar contenidos mediante HTML vibrante y AMPScript
- Traducir diseños de Figma a código manteniendo fidelidad visual
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de lineamientos gráficos y visuales de marca
- Gestionar múltiples entregables y prioridades en tiempos establecidos

Lo que te hará brillar

- Formación en Diseño, Desarrollo Web o carreras afines
- Experiencia en diseño digital y manejo de Figma
- Conocimiento en HTML y CSS enfocado en email marketing
- Experiencia trabajando con Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Conocimiento básico/intermedio en AMPScriptEntendimiento de diseño responsive y buenas prácticas digitales




- Alta atención al detalle y enfoque en calidad
- Organización y capacidad para gestionar múltiples entregables

Será un plus si…

- Has trabajado en agencias o equipos de marketing digital
- Tienes experiencia desarrollando piezas para campañas CRM o email marketing
- Conoces buenas prácticas de compatibilidad entre clientes de correo
- Te interesa la optimización y experiencia de usuario en piezas digitales
